We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal.

Here you will have the option to return for store credit or your original payment method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that when returning, a 10$ restocking fee will be applied to cover the cost of shipping & handling unless the original products are defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

***Please note that our Canadian and International Customers are required to purchase their own shipping label for return shipments as we are unable to generate return labels on our website. We ask that you contact our customer support team via email to request a return authorization. Once approved, carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all relevant documentation, and purchase a shipping label from your chosen shipping carrier. All return packages are to be shipped to:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For customers who wish to exchange an items for a larger or smaller size, we ask that you start an exchange request via our Returns Portal. Once you have made your selection, our portal will generate a pre-paid shipping label for your original items. Upon receiving and inspecting your original items, we will send out your new new order*. 

Please note that the shipping fee for the new order will be waived, however customers are still responsible for the pre-paid return shipping label.


Please note that until the returned item(s) are received and inspected by our team, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed according to our standard refund policy, provided that the return meets the necessary criteria.

*Kindly note that refunds & exchanges may take 7-10 business days to process.
