We charge a $8.99 flat rate shipping fee on domestic orders under $150.All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days*. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.All orders are issued tracking numbers once shipped. TO OUR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

Avicenna Scrubs will be shipping all packages to Canada via USPS/Canada Post. This may result in a slightly higher shipping fee at checkout, but should avoid  any additional fees including brokerage fees for routine customs clearance for any order amount. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOW AVAILABLE!

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and leave our unit. International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. We currently offer international shipping through UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping. We have found this to be the quickest and most affordable option for our customers.  

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

With UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping, customers are paying the shipping carrier fee AND applicable duties and taxes at time of purchase.

Additional brokerage fees may apply at checkout or at the time of delivery for orders outside of the United States*. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government for more information, or contact us for assistance. 

 

*Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.

**Avicenna Scrubs is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has been not been sent back to our facility. Avicenna Scrubs is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. Avicenna Scrubs is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new condition.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal. Here, you will have the option to exchange or return your items. If your return is accepted,  we will instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that when returning, the shipping fee must be covered by the customer unless the original products are defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Damages and IssuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.ExchangesFor customers who wish to exchange an items for a larger or smaller size, you may fill out an exchange request through our Returns Portal. Once you have made your selection, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for your original items. Upon receiving your original items, we will go ahead ship out your new order! Please note that the shipping fee for the new order will be waived, however customers are still responsible for the pre-paid return shipping label. RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
