We charge a $8.99 flat rate shipping fee on domestic orders under $150.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days*. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
Avicenna Scrubs will be shipping all packages to Canada via USPS/Canada Post. This may result in a slightly higher shipping fee at checkout, but should avoid any additional fees including brokerage fees for routine customs clearance for any order amount.
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and leave our unit. International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. We currently offer international shipping through UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping. We have found this to be the quickest and most affordable option for our customers.
With UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping, customers are paying the shipping carrier fee AND applicable duties and taxes at time of purchase.
Additional brokerage fees may apply at checkout or at the time of delivery for orders outside of the United States*. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government for more information, or contact us for assistance.
*Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.
